Please note: Only our victim and survivor services hotline is staffed 24/7/365. All other calls will be answered/returned during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. MT.
We strive to return all calls and messages within 2 business days. Because we are a small team, we may be delayed in responding to non-emergency messages because urgent client needs take first priority. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Referring a client from another agency? Call to speak with a staff member (press 1 for 24/7 victim/survivor services, press 2 for homelessness services during business hours) or send an email to help@advocatesoflakecounty.org for support making a referral to ALC.
