Volunteer to help victims in need.

Volunteer Advocate
Provide direct support to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. 40 hours advocacy training required.
Office Support Volunteer
Help ALC staff help survivors by assisting the administrative team in the office. Task-based training only.
Internships
Available in both above areas. ALC can work with you and your institution to help you earn credit for your internship if desired.
Crisis Response Team Member – Stipend position
Open to those who have completed training to be a Volunteer Advocate. Members choose evenings and weekends to take calls and respond on scene via ALC’s 24-hour crisis hotline. Stipend depends on how many days worked; up to $200.00 for 7 days.
Group Volunteering
Groups looking to complete service hours can volunteer to clean up ALC facilities, move/organize donations, etc.
