We are introducing homeless services to Lake County this year in response to a growing need in our community. We are grateful to our community partners and funders who’ve made this possible and are looking forward to continued collaboration.
Our homeless services are called “the Bridge” and our existing survivor services are now called “Stream of Hope.” These two programs will both operate under ALC’s umbrella. Services for survivors of violence will not be affected by the change.
Here’s how the programming breaks down:
Stream of Hope (Survivor Services):
- Crisis intervention
- Emergency housing
- Rental assistance
- Legal services
- Counseling
The Bridge (Homeless Services):
